Canterano del Barça Aleñá could go on loan to Getafe CF in the winter transfer market
The FC Barcelona academy player Carles Aleñá could go on loan to Getafe CF in the winter transfer market, due to the limited role he plays in the Catalan club. The Spanish radio station Cope ensures that the blue team has already requested the loan of the blue and red midfielder.
As the aforementioned media points out, the player has not yet spoken with Getafe coach Pepe Bordalás. In addition, Marc Cucurella, the full-back, is currently on loan at the Madrid-based club from Barça and is a close friend of Aleñá, which could facilitate the transfer.
The 21-year-old midfielder has only played 45 minutes this season, in a single match against Athletic Club de Bilbao in the opening game of LaLiga.
Due to his limited participation, Aleñá has been included in the recent XI selected by Transfermarkt with players from different leagues who have a high market value but little playing time. Specifically, these players have been on the field for less than 20 percent of the possible time this season, although they have not suffered serious injuries.
This XI has a total market value of 281 million euros and also includes two other LaLiga players: the Barcelona goalkeeper Neto, who has not played yet, and the Real Madrid forward Mariano Díaz, who is yet to make his debut.
