Palmeiras Renews Gabriel Veron's Contract until 2024
Palmeiras has announced the renewal of Gabriel Veron's contract until the end of 2024, as announced by the current Brasileirão champion. The 17-year-old player won the Golden Ball for the best player of the U-17 World Cup.
Veron played a key role in the victory of the host nation Brazil in the recent youth World Cup: he scored three goals and provided three assists. The contract's buyout clause is 60 million euros, as reported from Brazil.
