Frank Lampard was appointed by the Chelsea board to replace Maurizio Sarri as the head coach of the first team for this season and so far it has gone well. After the first twelve matchdays of the Premier League, the London team is in third place with 26 points and is one of the main competitors to Liverpool for the title.
However, despite entering a FIFA date period, Frank Lampard has been in the news in the English media due to the leak of a sign signed by him, indicating to the Chelsea players what their fines will be if they fail to comply with certain rules.
For example, one of the most striking fines is the one that a Chelsea player will have to pay if their phone rings in a club meeting: one thousand pounds sterling, equivalent to 1285 dollars and 1167 euros. Likewise, the most expensive fine is valued at twenty thousand pounds sterling and will be executed if a player is not present on the field at the start of a training session.
