King Mo , one of the most prominent MMA fighters in recent years, did not have the best farewell, falling victim to a terrible knockout against his compatriot Andrew Kapel in the co-main event of Bellator 233.
King Mo entered this fight on a losing streak of three knockouts, both in Bellator and in the Japanese company Rizin, where he was the heavyweight GP champion.
For this fight against Andrew Kapel, King Mo presented a counterattack strategy, but in just over a minute, he was hit with a precise right cross that made him collapse on the canvas.
Andrew Kapel tried to finish him with strikes on the ground, but the referee stopped it, it was not necessary. King Mo had been defeated in a brutal way, in his farewell fight from MMA.
At the end of the fight, King Mo stated that he will dedicate himself to training his teammates at the well-known American Top Team gym in Florida.
