Dragon Ball Super has left the small screen for Toei Animation to release the new episodes of Dragon Ball Heroes on YouTube, a storyline that takes place after the Tournament of Power and serves as a spin-off instead of an original story. The novelty now is that Hearts was introduced in God Mode and many believe that he has surpassed the current villain in the manga.
This series serves as promotion for the Japanese arcade of the same name, which would later arrive on PC and Nintendo Switch. Curiously, it started right after the result of the Tournament of Power, with the 'Prison Planet' saga.
Dragon Ball Heroes is currently in chapter 16. It has been revealed that Hearts has reached a new level of power, which has been named God Mode. According to rumors, he is much stronger than Ultra Instinct.
Could it be canon in the manga? Everything we see in this anime actually exists within the original storyline's canon. However, the events simply occurred differently in this alternate future.
Dragon Ball Super, on the other hand, revealed that after the Tournament of Power, the Galactic Patrol arrived to capture Majin Buu, as an ancient god resided within him. According to the interstellar police, he is the only one who can stop Moro.
The current villain has the ability to absorb the life energy of planets and fighters. This power is quite different from the enemy in Dragon Ball Heroes, which is very similar to the Saiyans. So it is very unlikely for Toyotaro to include Hearts in his story.
