The Real Madrid could have suffered the departure of Nacho Fernández on the last day of the summer transfer market. According to 'Defensa Central', a pro-Real Madrid website, the Spanish defender was tempted by Julen Lopetegui, who wanted to take him to Sevilla.

Just like what happened with Sergio Reguilón, Julen intended to strengthen his team with the Real Madrid's homegrown player. However, the response he received from the beginning was clear: Nacho was not willing to move to another club despite not being an undisputed starter in the White House.

In addition to Sevilla, Inter Milan also had Nacho on their transfer agenda, but the European champion with Real Madrid intends to keep fighting for his place. Zidane knows that the Spanish star can be useful to him at some point in the season.
