It has been over a year since Alejandro Sanz was trying to sell his spectacular house in Madrid, located in the luxurious La Finca urbanization, and he has finally succeeded, according to the Spanish newspaper El País.
The house has been acquired by the new signing of Real Madrid, Eden Hazard, as reported by the magazine Semana. The singer was asking for 11 million euros for his residence, which measures 5,151 square meters. It is one of the most luxurious houses in the area known as the black house due to the color of its facade.
Sanz bought the mansion when he planned to spend long periods in Madrid, something that never materialized. The singer usually resides in Miami, where he arrived 16 years ago. When he is in Spain, he usually takes refuge in his estate in Extremadura. All this is added to the recent separation of the artist from his wife Raquel Perera and the need to distribute his huge estate.
After days of rumors, on July 13th, the couple opened up on their social media accounts about their separation. "We are a family and we will always be," they each wrote on their profile. The same message, the same photo, with their children, surrounded by soap bubbles and hearts. "The world changes, we do too, always lovingly."
Alejandro Sanz's ex-wife is spending her vacation in Ibiza with their two children, Dylan and Alma, aged eight and five, respectively, and with Elena Tablada, the ex-partner of David Bisbal.
The singer is preparing his upcoming tour, LaGira, which will visit several cities in the United States in the first stage and then in Latin America. (E)
