The return of Neymar to Barcelona is getting closer. After several offers, PSG would finally have decided to accept the one involving Brazilian Coutinho in the operation. That's why the agent of the South American star, Kia Joorabchian, arrived in Paris this Tuesday to discuss the terms of the deal.
'Esporte Interativo' from Brazil states that with Joorabchian's arrival in France, there is the possibility that Coutinho becomes the new player of PSG, which would trigger Neymar's signing for Barcelona in an operation that would add €60 to €80 million.
'Le Parisien', the French newspaper, says that it is a verbal proposal that hasn't changed in recent weeks but doesn't convince the Parisians, who believe that it is not enough cash and that valuing Coutinho at around €120 million is too much. Neymar wants to return to Barcelona, the club he left for Paris in August 2017 for €222 million.
Thus, PSG finds itself blocked between Real Madrid, a team that is not Neymar's priority or that of his coach, Zidane, and Barcelona, which according to the French club, is not making enough effort to recover him. "The terms of the transfer remain to be defined and to see if Barcelona will come closer to the XXL amount desired by PSG," added the newspaper, according to which PSG sports director, Leonardo de Araujo, is planning to meet with Barcelona officials in the coming days.
