A few hours before the end of the transfer market in England, a star player from that league puts Real Madrid against the ropes. We're talking about Christian Eriksen, who according to information from the Spanish portal 'Don Balón', is pressuring Florentino Pérez to close his incorporation for the 2019-20 season in Spain.
Through his representatives, Eriksen has communicated to Real Madrid that he wants to leave Tottenham, change of scenery, and Valdebebas is his preferred destination. The problem is that in Chamartín they can't decide if his signing is what the white squad really needs for this season.
While Florentino Pérez sees the Danish player as an interesting option to strengthen Real Madrid's midfield due to the poor performance of Kroos and Modric, Zinedine Zidane prefers to bet all his cards on the signing of Paul Pogba. They can't agree!

United is interested in Eriksen
English media affirm that Manchester United has begun to explore options in the face of a possible departure of Paul Pogba to Real Madrid in this 2019 transfer market, and they have set their sights on Christian Eriksen as a replacement for the Frenchman.
The Danish player would be the chosen one to replace Pogba in case he finally leaves Old Trafford to join the ranks of Real Madrid as one of Zidane's requests for this season. Manchester United's biggest advantage is that Eriksen has only one year left on his contract with Tottenham Hotspur, so if he doesn't renew during this season, he could leave for free next summer.
