England's injured wonderboy Harry Winks has taken his mind off missing out on the World Cup by jetting away to Spain with a host of football pals to continue his recovery.
The crocked Spurs midfielder, who underwent a crucial operation on his ankle earlier this month, was spotted relaxing at Marbella's famous celebrity hangout, La Sala by the Sea at the weekend as he continues his recovery as England.
Handsome Harry looked dapper in his all white combo, along with his fellow football pals who were dressed in dazzling unison for the evening as England prepare to face Tunisia in their first match tomorrow.
Talented Winks, 22, had been due to be called up to the national squad for Russia but cruelly missed out after picking up an injury late last year which needed surgery and he is now continuing rehabilitation at a private medical clinic in Marbella.
He had flown to Puerto Banus with his fellow Premiership friend, Fulham's Cauley Woodrow and the pair were spotted tonight at the showbiz beach club, La Sala by The Sea along with former Spurs player Steven Carr, Ipswich captain Luke Chambers and football super agent Robert Segal.
Former Spurs star Stephen Clemence was with his Brookside actress wife Suzanne Collins and Coventry manager Mark Robbins at the glamorous venue which has become a favourite amongst celebs and sportsmen, including Denise Van Outen, David Haye, Mark Wright and Ricky Martin.

Winks who only recently signed a new 5 year contract with Spurs last month, also signed team shirts at the club inlaid of a local charity, whilst still recovering from the injury to his left ankle.
A source said last night: “Harry has been through the mill recently but he is recovering well and is working daily to get back to full fitness. He is currently doing rehab at a private medical clinic in Marbella whilst away.”
The popular star suffered the injury against Crystal Palace on Nov 5 and, although he returned to the pitch two weeks later, he has been in discomfort ever since. He made a further 12 appearances this season but has featured just three times this year – all in the FA Cup against Football League opposition.
In autumn, Winks was a rising star on the European and international stage. After being named man of the match on his England debut in their final World Cup qualifier against Lithuania, a 1-0 win in October, he starred in both Tottenham's Champions League group games against holders Real Madrid – a 1-1 draw at the Bernabeu and a 3-1 win at Wembley – and the 4-1 home win over Liverpool.
Winks was singled out for praise by Gareth Southgate after his performance in Vilnius and it was no surprise when he was again named in the England squad for November's friendlies against Germany and Brazil.
The ankle problem forced him to withdraw but he maintained hope of securing a spot in Southgate's squad for Russia, particularly particularly given England's dearth of ball-playing midfielders.
World renowned agent Segal who has steered Winks and a host of superstar players, posed with the Tottenham midfielder as he signed shirts for charity and mixed with the celebs.
