Captain of the Spanish National Team and Real Madrid criticized worldwide
Sergio Ramos, captain of the Spanish National Team and Real Madrid, continues to be criticized worldwide because of the injury of Egyptian player Mohamed Salah and the recent clash with Liverpool goalkeeper Loris Karius. Regarding this matter, Sergio Ramos addressed the issue to clarify any confusion.
In addition, in the 2018 World Cup, there is a possibility of a Spain vs Egypt match in the round of 16, so Sergio Ramos was asked about this potential coincidence. "D**n, I didn't want to touch on the subject because it gets magnified, I saw the play well and he initially grabbed my arm and I fell on the other side, but he injures the other arm and everyone says I did a judo lock," he said with laughter to a Spanish media outlet.
The clash with Karius
A few days ago, a video went viral showing a collision between Sergio Ramos and Loris Karius, where it was claimed that the German goalkeeper had suffered a concussion and that's why he had two blunders in the Champions League final. Ramos added, "Now the goalkeeper says he suffered a concussion because of our collision, only Firmino has to say that he had a cold and it was because a drop of my sweat fell on him."
Furthermore, the captain of the Spanish National Team confessed to having spoken with Salah and he assured him that he was fine. "If he had been infiltrated, he could have even played a part, I didn't cause the injury, and it wasn't that big of a deal, but because of what Ramos did, it becomes a bigger deal. I don't know if when you are at Madrid and win so many years, people look at it differently," he concluded.
