Loris Karius

The goalkeeper of Liverpool, had an unfortunate performance in the Champions League final against Real Madrid: the German made two glaring errors that resulted in the goals of Benzema and Bale, which ultimately gave the title to the Spanish team.

However, before the first goal of Real Madrid (when the score was 0-0), there was a play that could have changed the outcome of the match.

At 49', in a corner kick in favor of the white team, Sergio Ramos went all in with the intention of heading the ball, but in his desire he collided with the goalkeeper Karius and apparently hit him with his elbow.

In fact, the German press has accused the Spanish defender of being malicious and has claimed that the blow suffered by the Liverpool goalkeeper left him 'hurt' and that is why he made those two blunders.

"I don't know what happened. I'm very sorry for my teammates for losing the final. They tried to encourage me in the dressing room, but I'm very sorry," lamented Karius at the end of the match.
