Chelsea can keep their Premier League top four hopes alive with a victory over Swansea City in the day’s evening kick-off and make the most of Liverpool’s failure to win earlier in the day.
The Blues sit fifth in the table, nine points behind Liverpool, but with two games in hand and know that they can draw level with the Reds if they beat them next weekend and win their additional matches, which would give them the slightest of chances at finishing inside the top four on the final weekend.
Swansea meanwhile can take a giant step towards Premier League safety if they win at the Liberty Stadium, with three points taking them to 36 points and above West Ham into 16th place.

Chelsea will look to edge even closer to Tottenham Hotspur in the race for a top-four finish as they take on Swansea City at the weekend.
The Blues are currently five points behind Spurs in fourth with only four games left of the season left to play so a victory in Wales could be crucial in them having Champions League football next season.
Carlos Carvalhal’s men however will be highly motivated for the game and will be looking to continue their charge to survival in the Premier League. The Swans are only four points above the relegation in 17th following their 5-0 defeat by Manchester City.
What time is it?
The game kicks off at 5:30pm on Saturday.
Where can I watch it?
The match is live on BT Sport 1. Coverage starts at 5pm.
It’s a big game for...
Both teams. Heading into the match, both are desperate for points with only four games to go.
The Swans could all-but secure survival in the Premier League with a victory and could potentially go seven points clear of the drop zone with a win.
Chelsea meanwhile could edge to within two points of Tottenham, just outside of the Champions League positions. If they go on to secure inclusion in the competition, it would turn a season of relative disappointment for the former champions into something resembling a little success.

Chelsea have only lost one out of their last eight away games to Swansea City. That solitary victory came in April 2016 with Gylfi Sigurdsson netting the only goal of the game in a 1-0 win.

Chelsea racked up a comprehensive victory in 2014/15 on their way to the Premier League crown. The Blues won 5-0 that day with Oscar opening the scoring in the first minute. Diego Costa bagged a brace before the Brazilian midfielder notched again before half-time.
Andre Schurrle completed the rout in the closing ten minutes.

Olivier Giroud: The Frenchman has been in great form since his move from London rivals Arsenal. The striker bagged two against Southampton last week before again haunting the Saints with the opening goal in the FA Cup semi-final at Wembley that Chelsea won 2-0.
