PS4: The Emergency Mode
The PS4 is one of the latest generation consoles along with the Xbox One, with which we can access streaming services, internet TV, applications and much more, in addition to playing PlayStation video games.
That is why many times, without realizing it, our PS4 may be suffering some damage by downloading corrupted files from the web or even with viruses. In addition, there are also errors with the console itself, such as black screens or other configuration problems.
That's why we have the 'Safe Mode', a mode on the PS4, very similar to Windows, to turn on our console in emergency mode to solve all these problems. All we have to do is press the power button on the console for 7 seconds until we hear a double beep:

In this mode, we have different options, such as changing the resolution in case we play on a different screen than the normal one, updating the software in case there is any problem, restoring default settings if we change the language to Chinese or something similar.
Finally, we can turn on the PS4 normally to test the changes, reinstall the console's original software, and activate the HDCP mode. If these options do not solve the problems you have, it is most likely that your console has a hardware problem and not a software problem.
