PlayStation Vita discontinued
The PlayStation Vita had little time to live. For some time now, Sony's mini portable console was about to disappear from the market. Well, recently, PlayStation confirmed that the console has been discontinued.
A few months ago, the first hint of this news was given in February, when Sony confirmed that it planned to remove the entire catalog of PlayStation 3 and PS Vita from the official PlayStation Store, the company's official store.
The truth is that this announcement had been expected for years, as many indicated that the catalog of the PS Vita, instead of growing and being an easy development platform, fell far behind what was presented for the PS4.
Hello! It is indeed discontinued, yes.

Now, PlayStation itself has confirmed that PS Vita has been removed from the company's official catalog. The announcement was made by the Spain headquarters of PlayStation, stating that the product could no longer be purchased in any of its official stores.
