Figure of Atlético de Madrid and France, deadly scorer but also fashion obsessed. That's how the 'Little Prince' is, the player who hates his legs.

If Antoine Griezmann could go back in time and change professions, he would still choose to be a football player. After all, his talent is innate and should not be wasted. But if you insist and ask for a plan B, his response would be a model or fashion designer. Every morning, when he wakes up, the 'Little Prince' looks in the mirror and takes 15 minutes to shave and get ready. And if he needs to fix his hair, apply gel, or touch up a tip, it takes 10 more minutes. Only after that "task," he kisses his wife Erika Choperana -or "boss," as he calls her- and proceeds to use the moisturizer she bought for him at the supermarket. And so, every day.

The Frenchman is not afraid of bullying. On the contrary, he knows he is the "target" of his teammates at Atletico Madrid for being obsessed with fashion. And he openly admits it. His idol is David Beckham. "I like his hair, his clothes," he said in an interview with El País in 2017. He added that he follows singers and actors and checks their social media to copy their look. For example, while in New York, he saw that reggaeton artist J. Balvin posted a photo wearing a pink jacket, he liked it, and immediately bought it. "It's one of my three trophies in the closet, along with a shirt I bought in France and a sweatshirt I had brought from Thailand," he commented.

He is the face, among other brands, of the shampoo company H&S and the Gillette razor. He always takes care of his appearance, but pays utmost attention to his hair. Even last year, he admitted in ICON magazine that "I wouldn't change cutting my hair or doing something I don't like for a goal in the Champions League final or the World Cup. That's off-limits." But there's something he doesn't like: his legs. "They're too muscular, and it doesn't look good when I want to wear skinny pants," he confessed. And in every game, at halftime, "I change my shirt, brush my hair back, and use a headband. I don't have time for more," he said with laughter.

His definition of Messi is "talent," while with Cristiano Ronaldo, he adds two words: "talent and hard work." He is a lover of tartiflette, a dish made with potatoes, cheese, and sauce, prepared by his mother; and also of video games (on the trip to Brazil to play the 2014 World Cup, he brought his Xbox One to play FIFA). This is the other side of Antoine Griezmann, who drinks mate -a traditional drink in the Río de La Plata- with Uruguayan Diego Godín, one of his best friends at Atletico Madrid, and knows as much about football as the latest fashion trends. Each with their own tastes.
