Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) has intensified its contacts with Thomas Tuchel, former coach of Dortmund, and Mainz, to succeed Spanish Unai Emery, as indicated by the newspaper 'L'Équipe', which also highlighted the interest of German Joachim Löw.
Although the sports management of the Parisian club denies it, "L'Équipe" points out that some members of it already consider the signing to be closed.
Tuchel, according to the newspaper, has the advantage of being out of contract since his departure from Dortmund last May and knows how to speak French.
The German newspaper "Bild" indicated on Sunday that the coach had declined to succeed Jupp Heynckes at Bayern Munich, presumably because he was in negotiations with other clubs abroad.
Löw, at the helm of the German national team since 2006, is linked to his national team until 2020 and has not trained a club for over a decade, but 'L'Équipe' highlights that his profile satisfies the Qatari owners.
Emery's Parisian adventure began in June 2016, but his name has been on the line since his elimination from the Champions League.
Since the acquisition of PSG by the Qatari fund QSI in 2011, the team has had four coaches: Antoine Kombouaré between July and December 2011; Carlo Ancelotti from December 2011 to June 2013; Laurent Blanc from June 2013 to June 2016 and Emery.
