Lionel Messi, Barcelona Player, Announces Birth of Third Child
In an Instagram post, the football player said that both his wife Antonela and the baby are doing well.
The post was accompanied by a photo of the newborn's hand.
Messi's sister-in-law, Carla Rocuzzo, Antonela's sister, said the birth happened at noon.
In a tweet, she wrote "Very happy" accompanied by three hearts (one for each of the Messi Rocuzzo children).
For this reason, Leo Messi will not play in Málaga. The blue and maroon club had announced the absence of the Argentine number ten, citing "personal reasons", and his replacement in the call-up list by Colombian Yerry Mina.
The Messis revealed the baby's name a month ago in an 'instagram stories' video, as well as the birth being scheduled for early March.
Ciro will be Leo Messi and Antonella Rocuzzo's third son. They were married in Rosario (Argentina) on June 30, 2017. Their first child was Thiago, born in 2012, and the second is named Mateo (2015).
Welcome Ciro!!! Thank God everything went perfectly. Mom and baby are doing very well. We are super happy!!!! ❤️❤️
