Concern for Neymar's injury reflects in PSG's president and coach
There are gestures that say more than a thousand words. And the case of the PSG president, Al-Khelaifi, and the coach of the Parisians, Unai Emery, is of extreme concern, after Neymar left the field in tears, after twisting his ankle in the match against Marseille. The distress of both is viral on Facebook.
The Brazilian had to be taken off in the match between Paris Saint-Germain and Marseille in the French league on Sunday.
The Brazilian star injured his ankle in the fight for a ball at the 77th minute of PSG's 3-0 victory at their home stadium, Parc des Princes. The 26-year-old striker grabbed his head with clear signs of pain.
The injury occurred nine days before the second leg with Real Madrid in the Champions League round of 16.
Neymar is also the main reference of the Brazilian national team, one of the favorites for the World Cup in four months in Russia.
