Football player Gignac moved to tears by letter from sick child
Tigres forward André-Pierre Gignac couldn't hold back his tears while reading a letter from Zoé, a six-year-old French girl who has a brain tumor and is receiving treatment in Monterrey.
As seen in a circulating video, the girl explains her illness and the treatment she is undergoing in the city. In the end, the French striker invited the community to support this noble cause.
Gignac and his wife Deborah are collecting items from world-class athletes for an auction to raise funds for the child's treatment.
The auction will include jerseys and cleats from Lionel Messi, Tom Brady, Cristiano Ronaldo, and other renowned athletes.
