The full Congress held a minute of silence this afternoon to express their condolences for the terrorist attack in Barcelona, Spain, which has so far left at least 13 dead and over a hundred injured.
"In these hours of great pain, it also expresses its full solidarity with the victims, their families, the government, and the Spanish people," said the motion.
After the speaker reported on Aramayo's initiative, the President of Congress, Luis Galarreta, observed a minute of silence. Earlier, President Pedro Pablo Kuczynski (PPK) expressed his condemnation of the attack in Barcelona.
