FC Barcelona shows support for the victims of the terrorist attack in Barcelona

FC Barcelona showed its support for the victims of the terrorist attack on Las Ramblas in the Catalan capital on Thursday.

"With a heavy heart due to the attack on our city. All strength and esteem for the victims and their families and for the citizens of Barcelona," the club posted on its Twitter account.

Furthermore, the club decided to suspend the presentation of the three players it has signed for its futsal section on Friday "as a sign of respect for the victims" of Thursday's terrorist attack.

"Due to the attack that took place this afternoon in Barcelona and as a sign of respect for the victims, the club is suspending the planned presentation of the new futsal signings tomorrow Friday," they published in a letter.

RCD Espanyol, another team in Barcelona, sent a message of solidarity: "the most beautiful city in the world, our city. We suffer for you and for all the people of Barcelona. Strength and encouragement, Barcelona!"
