Chelsea apologizes to all of China after the embarrassing posts from one of their football players [VIDEO]

Domingo 23 de Julio del 2017

The club issued an official statement following Kenedy's insults to all of China during his stay for the International Champions Cup.

Money can bring you all kinds of privileges, but education depends on each one. Chelsea is in China for the International Champions Cup and one of its players was in the news for the shameful posts on his Instagram account towards the Asian people. Despite being in preseason with Antonio Conte, the player seems to have intentions of disappearing from the map for the next season in the Premier League and other tournaments.

"Porra China," the football player wrote on Instagram ("porra" means "shit" in Portuguese), accompanying the message with several mocking emoticons. In another post, Kenedy filmed a sleeping security officer and uploaded the video with the message "China, wake up. Idiot." Completely incomprehensible what this 21-year-old Brazilian did.

"Chelsea apologizes to the Chinese people for the offensive posts made by one of its players on social media," the club wrote - in English and in Chinese - on its website.

"Kenedy's behavior is a mistake from which he will learn a lot. His behavior does not represent the team and is not compatible with what the club expects from its young players," adds the London entity in a statement, in which it is also indicated that the Brazilian "has been severely sanctioned," the institution added.

"Everyone at Chelsea has great respect and admiration for China," the letter clarifies. The preseason tour of the 'Blues' will continue in Singapore, where they will face Bayern Munich on Tuesday and Inter Milan on Saturday.
