Dallas Cowboys Lead Forbes' List of the Most Valuable Teams

For the second consecutive year, the Dallas Cowboys top the list of the most valuable teams worldwide, according to Forbes Magazine.

In 2017, the star-studded team increased its value from 4.0 to 4.2 billion dollars compared to the previous year.

According to Forbes' ranking, the New York Yankees are in second place with a value of 3.7 billion dollars; soccer teams Manchester United (3.69 billion dollars), F.C. Barcelona (3.64 billion dollars), and Real Madrid (3.58 billion dollars) round out the top 5 of the list.

The New England Patriots, the second NFL team on Forbes' list, are located in sixth place with an approximate value of 3.4 billion dollars.

In 2015, the Dallas Cowboys had earnings exceeding 700 million dollars, despite having a negative campaign with 4 wins and 12 losses.

In 2016, with the arrival of quarterback Dak Prescott and running back Ezekiel Elliott, a successful campaign with 13 wins and 3 losses, in addition to the opening of The Star in Frisco - the team's new facilities that include Cowboys Fit gym, the Cowboys Club, and in the future, a hotel and a medical center - the Cowboys increased their value by 5 percent.
