According to The Telegraph, Thomas Lemar and Alexandre Lacazette are on the radar of the London club, who would be willing to pay up to 96 million euros to secure the services of both players.

Lemar shone in Jardim's Monaco, which reached the Champions League semifinals. The only obstacle to his arrival in England would be the possible departure of Kylian Mbappé from the principality club; if this were to happen, the French would seek to block Arsenal's path for the midfielder.

On the other hand, Lyon striker Lacazette is also being considered by Atletico Madrid, however, the Londoners would be willing to pay his transfer fee, which is around 55 million euros.
