Fabio Capello, former coach of Real Madrid (who won the League), is the new coach of the Jiangsu Suning of the Chinese Super League. This was reported by the Asian club on its website and social networks.
He will take charge of a team that was last year's league and cup runner-up, but this season is in a bad position, flirting with relegation positions when the competition is halfway through.
Due to poor results, the team's previous coach, South Korean Choi Yong-soo, was dismissed earlier this month and the club began negotiating the arrival of Capello.
The coach is already in China, so he will start directing the team immediately. This Sunday he attended the training session of his new squad, which includes Brazilians Teixeira and Ramires, and Colombian Roger Martinez.
