The Chelsea defeated West Bromwich Albion 1-0 on Friday and secured the Premier League title in the 2016-17 season with two games to spare.
Did Dennis Bergkamp Score the Most Beautiful Goal in History?
Chelsea, managed by Italian Antonio Conte, had to give their all to achieve the victory as visitors. The goal only came in the 82nd minute through Michy Batshuayi, who came off the bench to secure the crown for his team.
Thus, the London team claimed their sixth Premier League title, with five of those titles coming in the last 13 seasons.
Furthermore, Conte won in his first year as the coach of the "blues".
Chelsea collected 87 points, 10 more than Tottenham Hotspur, with three games left to play for the team led by Argentine coach Mauricio Pochetino.
This is how they played:
Chelsea: Courtois; Azpilicueta, David Luiz, Cahill; Moses, Matic, Fabregas, Alonso; Pedro, Diego Costa, Hazard.
West Bromwich: Foster; Dawson, McAuley, Evans, Nyom; Brunt, Livermore, Fletcher, Field, McClean; Rondon.

PREVIEW
In the standings, the leader (84 points in 35 games) needs a win to definitively distance themselves from Tottenham, who is in second place (77 points in 35 matches).
Italian coach Antonio Conte's players would also clinch the title with a draw if Spurs end up losing against Manchester United (6th) on Sunday at White Hart Lane.
But if Chelsea squanders their opportunity, they will have another chance on Monday at Stamford Bridge against Watford (15th) in a postponed match.
"There is pressure because we have to win one of our last three games, but the way we have played, there is no reason not to be confident," said Gary Cahill.
"There is no complacency. This will be a very tough match, as it always is (...) But we have to finish the job," continued the English defender, assuring that the dressing room remembers the music from their victorious campaign two seasons ago under Portuguese manager José Mourinho.
Since their defeat to the Red Devils in mid-April (2-0), the London club has won their last three league games, as well as the FA Cup semifinals, scoring 14 goals in the four matches.
In the race for Champions League qualification, there is no respite. Despite Manchester United seeming to prefer to focus on the Europa League, there are four teams vying for the last two qualification spots.
Fourth-placed Manchester City (69 points and 35 games) will host defending champion Leicester (9th) on Saturday with the objective of distancing themselves from fifth-placed Arsenal (66 points and 35 games).
Spanish coach Pep Guardiola will rely on the offensive efficiency shown by his team against Crystal Palace (5-0) last weekend.
Third-placed Liverpool (70 points in 36 games) will visit West Ham (12th) on Sunday, who are coming off a 1-0 victory against Tottenham.
But, the men managed by German Jurgen Klopp are going through a difficult patch with only one win in three matches.
Meanwhile, the Gunners can still believe in qualification, a possibility that seemed almost impossible a few weeks ago.
The team led by Frenchman Arsene Wenger won against "Red Devils" 2-0 last Sunday and against Southampton, also by the same scoreline, on Wednesday. Now they will face Stoke (13th) on Saturday.
