Eduardo Espinel has stopped being the coach of Santiago Wanderers during this Monday, after the defeat of the "porteños" against Universidad de Chile in the eleventh match of the Clausura.
The main reason for the departure of the Uruguayan strategist is the poor campaign that the "verdes" have in the championship, where they have only obtained two victories in 11 matches, something that also puts them six points away from the relegation zone in the general table.
The chief of the youth teams, Domingo Sorace, along with Silvio Fernández, champion with the "caturros" in 2001, will take charge of the first team of Santiago Wanderers in an interim manner for the rest of the Clausura Tournament, making their debut against Deportes Iquique on Saturday at 18:00 hours (21:00 GMT).
