Football Rivalries Unite Fans in the Face of Adversity

In football, rivalries are purely sporting, as in the face of adversity, fans come together for the love of the game.

A clear example of this was the support shown by AS Monaco fans to Borussia Dortmund following the explosion that damaged their bus prior to the first leg of the Champions League quarterfinals that both teams were scheduled to play this Tuesday, April 11th, at the Signal Iduna Park.

The Monegasque supporters chanted the German club's name in unison and finished with applause to express their respect for their opponent.

The match was rescheduled for Wednesday, April 12th at 11:45 AM, Mexican time.
