Barcelona will dedicate its training center stadium to Johan Cruyff
One year after his death, Barcelona announced that it will dedicate the stadium of its training center to Dutch legend Johan Cruyff.
The new stadium in Barcelona's training center, located on the outskirts of the city, will be called "Estadio Johan Cruyff" in honor of the former player and coach of the club.
"In this way, the most emblematic facility of the complex where the future players of Barca grow will carry the name of one of the main promoters of the Club's commitment to youth football," the club said in a statement.

The team will also commission a sculpture of Cruyff, who died of lung cancer on March 24th last year at the age of 68. The statue will be placed at Camp Nou stadium.
Cruyff is considered the architect of Barcelona's successes, first as a player and then for implementing the playing philosophy that continues in the club to this day.
