No doubt the purchase of Twitter by Elon Musk continues to generate surprise and the occasional 'miracle' on the famous 130-character social network.
Just a few hours ago, the account of Jesus has become a trend on Twitter. This account was created over 14 years ago by a young man who decided to name himself after the globally known son of God.

However, to the surprise of thousands of 'believers', the account @jesus already has the blue verification checkmark. Why did this happen? It's all thanks to Elon Musk's new policy, which allows a person to have this verification with a monthly payment.
That's right, if a person or company wants to have the blue 'checkmark' on their Twitter account, they can make a monthly payment of 8 dollars to access this accreditation. Insider contacted the owner of this 'fake' account and he mentioned that he opened the profile to post on festive occasions such as Christmas or Easter.
The user also criticized Elon Musk's new policy and considered it absurd. "Obviously I'm not Jesus. He doesn't have a Twitter account, how is it possible for him to be verified? It doesn't make sense," he commented to the aforementioned portal.
