That's all for our live coverage

... but we've got a full match report to follow, so stick around.

Full time, Silkeborg 2-3 West Ham

Given that they could easily have conceded another goal in the first half when Helenius headed in at a corner only for it to be disallowed for a soft foul on Areola, West Ham are fortunate to leave JYSK Park with all three points.

While they were clearly the better side, the visitors failed to kill the game when Silkeborg looked most vulnerable. Moyes looked frustrated towards the end of the game as the hosts carved out several opportunities but, ultimately, West Ham have two wins from two and he can move on safe in the knowledge that his side held on, even if they weren't at their best.

Final substitution for visitors

Conor Coventry is on, replacing Lanzini. In the meantime, Cresswell has been booked.

90 mins, Silkeborg 2-3 West Ham

Benrahma threatens to score on the counter-attack, but loses the ball before he can apply the finish.

89 mins, Silkeborg 2-3 West Ham

Adamsen picks out Tengstedt with a clever ball into the box. He almost goes one-on-one with Areola, but Coufal makes a crucial intervention.

87 mins, Silkeborg 2-3 West Ham

Silkeborg are throwing everything at West Ham now. They swarm the area and Klitten gets a cross to the back post, but he overhits it.

Another change for West Ham

Pablo Fornals comes on, with Cornet making way.

83 mins, Silkeborg 2-3 West Ham

Thordarson gets a long throw into the box, which Salquist heads out for a goal kick.

82 mins, Silkeborg 2-3 West Ham

Bowen crosses to Cornet, who fires straight at Larsen. He was offside, regardless.

80 mins, Silkeborg 2-3 West Ham

So close!

Adamsen turns Cresswell and Dawson inside the area and blasts a shot at goal, forcing Areola into a reflex save.

78 mins, Silkeborg 2-3 West Ham

Joel Felix lofts a ball up to Adamsen from the back and it looks like he's beaten the offside trap, but the flag goes up. Nonetheless, the substitute has been a threat so far.

GOAL! Silkeborg 2-3 West Ham

Wow. Silkeborg are back in it.

Bowen loses the ball, Lanzini fails to win it back with a wayward tackle and, all of a sudden, Silkeborg have a three-on-one. Adamsen goes one-on-one with Areola and, although the West Ham goalkeeper saves his shot, the rebound falls for Tengstedt who scores from close range.

71 mins, Silkeborg 1-3 West Ham

That's better from the hosts.

Sonne, who seems to be Silkeborg's main outlet now, dances forwards and tees up Jorgensen, who fires high and wide.

69 mins, Silkeborg 1-3 West Ham

West Ham win the ball in the middle of the park once again and Benrahma has a go from the edge of the box, but it's blocked.

66 mins, Silkeborg 1-3 West Ham

Adamsen, who may or may not be named after the former Arsenal captain, tries to thread through Tengstedt, but his team-mate fails to read his intentions.

Six changes, all in one go

Both sides switch things up, with Helenius, Kusk and Klynge leaving the field and Tonni Adamsen, Sebastian Jorgensen and Mads Kaalund coming on in their place.

Moyes matches Silkeborg manager Kent Nielsen with a triple substitution. Scamacca, Paqueta and Declan Rice are hooked, with Jarrod Bowen, Said Benrahma and Tomas Soucek replacing them.

58 mins, Silkeborg 1-3 West Ham

West Ham win the ball in midfield and put together a decent passing move of their own.

It ends with Scamacca being dispossessed by Sonne on the edge of the area. The visitors look much more purposeful with the ball at their feet at the moment.

56 mins, Silkeborg 1-3 West Ham

Silkeborg continue to move the ball around nicely, but lack penetration.

With a two-goal lead, West Ham seem happy enough to chase and harry as long as their opponents don't venture too far forwards.

52 mins, Silkeborg 1-3 West Ham

Silkeborg keep the ball on the floor and try to pass their way through, which is admirable in theory.

They are inviting pressure, though, and with West Ham pressing aggressively it feels like they could be one mistake away from conceding another goal.

48 mins, Silkeborg 1-3 West Ham

Sonne charges up the pitch and tries to find Helenius, but West Ham clear their lines.

Second half kicks off

We're back underway at JYSK Park. Silkeborg have made a half-time change, Lukas Klitten coming on for Engel.

Half-time, Silkeborg 1-3 West Ham

West Ham have certainly been the better side, all told, but Silkeborg will be aggrieved at the scoreline.

Helenius' disallowed goal looked absolutely fine on replays, with Areola lucky to get the foul. There's no VAR at the Europa Conference League group stage, however, so there was no second look for the referee.

44 mins, Silkeborg 1-3 West Ham

Coufal crosses from deep and finds Lucas Paqueta, but his header goes wide.

42 mins, Silkeborg 1-3 West Ham

Kusk tries to pick out Helenius with a searching cross into the area, but it's just slightly overhit.

GOAL! Silkeborg 1-3 West Ham

Simple as.

From the ensuing corner, curled in by Aaron Cresswell, Craig Dawson bundles home from close range.

36 mins, Silkeborg 1-2 West Ham

After a spell of sustained pressure, Emerson has a go from distance. Larsen makes the save.

31 mins, Silkeborg 1-2 West Ham

It's a fun game, this.

Salquist marauds forwards from centre-back, barrels into the box and manages to win a corner. Helenius has the ball in the back of the net, but it's ruled out for an imperceptible foul by Stefan Teitur Thordarson on Areola.

30 mins, Silkeborg 1-2 West Ham

Nicklas Helenius ghosts in and almost scores from close range, but Alphonse Areola just nips in front of him to collect.

28 mins, Silkeborg 1-2 West Ham

Oliver Sonne makes inroads down the right and gets past Emerson. He picks out Kusk to his left, who attempts to hit a first-time shot but spoons the ball well wide.

GOAL! Silkeborg 1-2 West Ham

Oosh.

Cornet wins the ball high up the pitch and moves it on to Gianluca Scamacca. He turns on the edge of the area and absolutely thumps the ball past the helpless Larsen.

21 mins, Silkeborg 1-1 West Ham

Anders Klynge is the next Silkeborg player to go into the book after breaking up an attack with a cynical foul.

19 mins, Silkeborg 1-1 West Ham

Kusk has a crack from distance which is deflected just wide, leaving some of the home fans cheering a phantom goal.

16 mins, Silkeborg 1-1 West Ham

Silkeborg continue to put together threatening counter-attacks, making West Ham look extremely uncomfortable.

GOAL! Silkeborg 1-1 West Ham

Well, it was fun while it lasted.

Manuel Lanzini levels the scores, thrashing past Larsen from 12 yards.

PENALTY!

It's a soft one, but West Ham have a chance to equalise from the spot.

Tobias Salquist puts a bit too much pressure on Cornet, who goes down after a slight push. Salquist is booked.

9 mins, Silkeborg 1-0 West Ham

So close!

Silkeborg almost score a second, Soren Tengstedt picking out Engel in space on the left. He lashes a shot just wide of the far post.

8 mins, Silkeborg 1-0 West Ham

Silkeborg drop even deeper, inviting a little too much pressure.

Cornet gets away down the right and crosses for Emerson, who plants a header straight into Larsen's gloves. The hosts will need to keep it tighter than that.

GOAL! Silkeborg 1-0 West Ham

What a start.

Silkeborg make their first foray forwards and, suddenly, they are ahead. Lukas Engel gets in behind on the overlap and cuts the ball back for Kasper Kusk who, completely unopposed, smashes it into the back of the net.

2 mins, Silkeborg 0-0 West Ham

Silkeborg make a cagey start, sitting deep and inviting West Ham to come at them.

Maxwel Cornet picks out Vladimir Coufal as he barrels up the right flank. He whips a cross into the box, but Silkeborg goalkeeper Nicolai Larsen gets there in front of Emerson Palmieri.

Kick off!

We're underway in Denmark.

Moyes wary of Silkeborg threat

Having earned a hard-fought win against FCSB in their Europa Conference League group-stage opener at the London Stadium last week, West Ham now face a trip to Denmark to play Silkeborg.

David Moyes' side slogged their way to three points last Thursday, trailing against FCSB for much of the game before a late flurry of goals from Jarrod Bowen, Emerson Palmieri and Michail Antonio turned the result on its head.

After a lacklustre start to their Premier League campaign, Moyes will be keen to keep up their momentum in Europe. They are currently 18th in the league, having won only one of their matches – a 1-0 victory against Aston Villa in August – since the start of the season.

Silkeborg lost their first game of the group stage, succumbing to a narrow 1-0 defeat to Anderlecht. They are fourth in the Danish Superliga as things stand but, regardless, this is a game that West Ham are expected to win.

Speaking before the match at JYSK Park, which has an artificial pitch, Moyes warned that his players will have to adapt to playing a competitive fixture on an unfamiliar surface. "There are a lot of different ways to look at playing on an artificial surface," he said.

"As a player, I played on a plastic pitch for about three years, so I've got a good idea of what and how you can play and there are different ways and different philosophies of how it should be done and how you look at it.

"But, I have to say, I think in modern football nowadays, I don't see the top-level players really want to play on artificial pitches.

"I totally respect it because I think [it's good] for young players, for development, for younger age groups, with the weather conditions which we have [in northern countries], and I'm from Scotland, so I know very well how much artificial pitches are important. But I actually think when you get to top-level football, we're used to natural [pitches] and we know that this will be different for us and we have to take that into consideration."

Moyes has also suggested that his players need to show respect for Silkeborg, even if West Ham are overwhelming favourites.

"Silkeborg are a really good passing team," he said. "I've actually seen it in a lot of Danish football and, at the moment, I have to say, I think Denmark is showing lots of traits very similar to maybe Holland in how they play.

"I think that the teams are all technically trying to do the right things, to try to play in a good fashion, so we know that's what we're up against.

"The Premier League is at a huge technical level, but it's also a very high level of tactical situations. Obviously, the Premier League is so tight, you might not get the chance to play so easily from the back so it'll be different, it'll be interesting and I think Silkeborg on their home pitch will be a test for us."
