Ousmane Dembélé left behind his past with Barcelona and successfully passed the medical examination of PSG on Thursday, August 10, according to the French press. The forward will sign a contract with the Parisian team until 2028.

The extensive injury history of Dembélé since his arrival at Barcelona in 2017 made the medical examination a complete suspense. The Frenchman, who already played at a high level for Barcelona in the preseason, even scoring a great goal against Real Madrid, finally proved to be fit and operational.
After his integration into PSG becomes official, the details of the operation that are still uncertain will be known: the French club will pay the 50 million of the release clause, an amount that will be shared between Barcelona and the player (as well as his agent, Moussa Sissoko). The Catalan club tried in the last days to make it more than the initial 25 agreed (50 percent).
Mbappé could leave PSG
Just as the French club celebrates the arrival of Dembélé, they also accept the obvious departure of one of their best players, Kylian Mbappé. Faced with the attacker's refusal to extend his contract, PSG wants to sell him no matter what in order to have an economic income in their coffers.
