PSG has a solid goal of turning the round of 16 of the UEFA Champions League against Bayern Munich. In the first leg, played in France, the Parisians lost by the minimum difference, and now, for the rematch, it seems that they will not be able to count on Neymar, one of their stars.

'Ney' injured his ankle in the match against Lille for Ligue 1, and the club announced through a statement that it was an ankle sprain, ruling out any type of fracture. However, French media has different information. According to them, Neymar would have a partial tear of the ankle ligaments.
This type of injury keeps a football player (regularly) away from the field for three to four weeks. In that regard, the Brazilian would miss the second leg against Bayern Munich, scheduled for March 8 at the Allianz Arena.
It is worth mentioning that this is not the first time that Neymar has suffered this type of ankle injury since he also injured himself in that area in the match against Serbia during the Qatar 2022 World Cup and missed the entire group stage with Brazil.
