Slovak Milan Skriniar, still a player for Inter Milan, confirmed on Sunday that he has an agreement with Paris Saint Germain (PSG), although he is waiting for both clubs to reach an agreement.
Whether in this winter transfer market in Europe or at the end of the season, Skriniar will leave Inter. The defender confirmed this to the Slovak portal 'Futbolsfz': "Yes, it's true. I have signed an agreement with PSG".
"I am waiting for the clubs to reach an agreement. I can't say anything else," added the 27-year-old defender.
If PSG and Inter do not reach an agreement before January 31, the day the transfer window closes, Skriniar will leave Inter as a free agent and at no cost to the French club in July, as his contract with the Italian club ends on June 30.
PSG had him on their agenda
Last season, PSG tried to acquire the services of the Slovak, but Inter refused to sell him with the intention of renewing his contract. Since then, the player has rejected several proposals to extend his contract, as revealed by his agent last week, and his departure from the 'nerazzurri' team is now imminent.
