Has stayed off the group this Thursday, a day after having symptoms of a virus that affected Dayot Upamecano and Adrien Rabiot before Wednesday's semi-final against Morocco.

Was on the bench, recovered from the fever, although he did not play due to being slightly under the weather, according to coach Didier Deschamps. As for Rabiot, he did not even go to the stadium and trained apart from the rest of his teammates the following day.
France has denied at all times that this is a covid outbreak, although it has increased precautionary measures within the concentration to prevent further contagion.
Deschamps indicated that it is fever linked to the cold, due to the air conditioning and the drop in temperatures in Doha in recent days.
