Marco Verratti's holidays in the paradisiacal Ibiza have not been entirely good. The Italian has recently been a victim of crime in the house where he is staying, the Brazilian Ronaldo Nazario's house, popularly known as the 'Phenomenon'.
The Spanish Civil Guard is investigating the robbery of a significant amount of jewelry and money that PSG Italian footballer Marco Verratti has suffered in the house where he is staying this summer in Ibiza, according to sources close to the investigation confirmed to EFE.
The assaulted house is located in the Cala Jondal area, in the municipality of Sant Josep, and, as published by Diario de Ibiza, it is the property that former Brazilian player and current president of Real Valladolid, Ronaldo Nazario, has in Ibiza.
Although not confirmed, the value of the stolen jewelry and money could amount to around three million euros.
At the time of the robbery, there was no one in the house and there were no signs that the door had been forced to access the property.
The robbery report was filed with the Civil Guard in the early hours of Monday.
When will Marco Verratti return to PSG?
According to information from the newspaper Olé, PSG players must be in Paris on July 4th to join the preseason. In French lands, they will stay until the 17th, and then travel with the delegation to Japan to play friendly matches against Kawasaki Frontale, Urawa Reds, and Gamba Osaka.
