Another step towards signing Messi: LaLiga finally approved Barcelona's viability plan.

And as if that weren't enough, this Tuesday there has been another significant advance: the approval of the viability plan by LaLiga. For the viability plan, the Spanish football association understands that Barcelona has made the necessary effort to generate savings over the past few months. In this way, Barça already has the green light for all the operations that the azulgrana club has to complete for the next season.

Now that the viability plan has been approved, in addition to being able to register contracts for already renewed players such as Ronald Araujo and Gavi, it will be possible to announce a closed signing, such as Iñigo Martínez. And, what is more important, it will be possible to make an official offer to Lionel Messi.

In the last few hours, Laporta and Jorge Messi met to try to bring positions closer regarding a possible return of the Argentine. With LaLiga's 'OK' to the viability plan, the Catalan team can now negotiate with real numbers with the PSG player's environment.

How did Messi arrive at Barcelona?
