Through a post on his Instagram and Twitter accounts, Vinicius ensured that La Liga has been an accomplice in the situation and that it is their fault that racism continues in Spain.

"It was not the first time, nor the second, nor the third. Racism is normal in LaLiga. The competition thinks it is normal, so the Federation and the opponents encourage it. I'm very sorry. The championship that once belonged to Ronaldinho, Ronaldo, Cristiano and Messi, today belongs to racists."

Ronaldinho made himself present in this controversial case

One of the stars of the Brazil national team throughout the years did not hesitate to refer to this uncomfortable moment that Vinicius experienced. He took advantage of his social media to issue a strong statement and show his full support to his compatriot.

"No kind of discrimination should be tolerated. I hope Vinicius Jr.'s case helps to banish these voices from stadiums that cause so much harm to sports. Being black is a pride," said the Brazilian star, accompanied by a sweet image of a hug between both players.

What decision did Real Madrid make regarding the insults towards their player?

In the statement issued by the Madrid club, they announced that they have made a formal complaint to the Attorney General's Office to clarify the facts and find those responsible. "Real Madrid considers that such attacks also constitute a hate crime, so it has filed the corresponding complaint with the Attorney General's Office, specifically with the Prosecutor's Office against hate crimes and discrimination, to investigate the facts and establish responsibilities. For this reason, and given the seriousness of the events that occurred, Real Madrid has gone to the Attorney General's Office, without prejudice to its appearance as a private prosecution in the proceedings that may arise," they concluded.
