The Brazilian forward spoke out via social media after suffering racist insults at Mestalla, where he was ultimately expelled this Sunday.

Strong and clear, Vinícius Junior spoke out this Sunday after suffering racist insults during Real Madrid's visit to Valencia for LaLiga at the Mestalla Stadium. Already uncomfortable, the Brazilian hit Hugo Duro and received a straight red card. He later stated that the "prize" that the "racists" achieved was his expulsion and spread through social media, where he left a strong message.

"The prize that the racists achieved was my expulsion. It's not football, it's LaLiga," he shared in a story from his official Instagram account. Minutes later, he wrote a more extensive reaction on Twitter and insisted that there is tolerance towards racists in the championship and in Spanish society.

"It wasn't the first time, nor the second, nor the third. Racism is normal in La Liga. The competition considers it normal, the Federation does too, and the opponents encourage it. I'm very sorry. The championship that once belonged to Ronaldinho, Ronaldo, Cristiano and Messi now belongs to the racists," said a outraged Vinícius. He also stated that in Brazil, Spain is known as a "racist country."

"A beautiful nation, that welcomed me and that I love, but that has accepted exporting the image of a racist country to the world. I'm sorry for the Spaniards who disagree, but today, in Brazil, Spain is known as a country of racists. And, unfortunately, because of everything that happens every week, I have no way to defend it. I agree," he added. "But I am strong and I will go all the way against the racists. Even if it's far from here," he concluded.
