According to Fabrizio Romano, Real Madrid wants to scare off all the suitors who have asked about Eduardo Camavinga in recent weeks, a player who represents the club's sporting future.

Real Madrid is not only concerned with signing the best players in the world in every transfer market. They are also focused on keeping the talent they already have in the squad. That is why, these days, they have started talking to one of the 'gems' of the team to secure his future at the Santiago Bernabeu for many more years. It is none other than Eduardo Camavinga, the young French midfielder whom president Florentino Perez has decided to protect with a clause of 1 billion euros after learning that the Premier League has set their sights on him for the 2023-24 season.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Florentino's plan is to protect the 20-year-old French player by renewing his contract, which would include a kind of anti-sheikhs clause worth one trillion euros, a figure that would make it difficult for him to leave the Spanish club.

Real Madrid is aware that Camavinga has caught the interest of English football, especially Manchester United and Chelsea. Both clubs have the financial ability to secure the services of the former Rennes player. However, a clause like the one proposed by Florentino would quickly scare them off.

Among other things, the improvement of Camavinga's contract at Real Madrid will be reflected in his earnings. Currently, the Frenchman earns 3 million euros per season, a figure that would change drastically when he signs a new deal with the Spanish team.

Camavinga has become one of the main protagonists of the team in recent matches. His performance has been key for the board to prioritize his renewal and it is expected that both parties will reach an agreement soon to extend his contract.

Another player who has reinforced Madrid for this campaign is Aurélien Tchouaméni. For 80 million euros, plus another 20 in variables, the Frenchman arrived from AS Monaco to become Casemiro's replacement, who ended up at Manchester United in the Premier League.
