The Major League Soccer will feature new figures for the remainder of the year and one of the novel reinforcements is Héctor Herrera, who agreed to join the Houston Dynamo. The 32-year-old Mexican midfielder signed a contract that will last until 2024 and arrived in the US city that will welcome him on Wednesday.

After a short vacation, the midfielder embarked on the journey to the state of Texas, where the club is located. 'HH' provided details of his transfer through social media, where he posted pictures with his family from the airplane.

Precisely, Houston Dynamo fans knew the arrival time of Héctor Herrera at the airport and decided to go and greet him. The MLS club itself released some videos showing fans chanting dedicated to the experienced footballer.

At the same time, the 'Zorro' responded to the affection of the fans: he greeted enthusiastically, took photos, and signed jerseys. After his first contact with 'The Orange' supporters, the Mexican shared his experience on Twitter: "I'm here," wrote the midfielder, along with a picture of the warm welcome he received.

It is worth mentioning that Herrera will be officially presented on Friday, July 1, at the X-Atrium in Houston (8:00 p.m.). Remember that in his last season with Atlético Madrid, Héctor did not enjoy much continuity: he played 21 games in LaLiga Santander (eight as a starter) and four in the Champions League (two from the beginning).
