Xavi puts his finger down: the four Barcelona players who need to find a new club.

FC Barcelona is about to start its preseason for the 2022/23 season and it seems that they are determined to not count on players who are expendable for Xavi Hernández. In that regard, the club has informed some players not to show up and to seek an exit in the current transfer window.

Who are they? According to 'Mundo Deportivo', Xavi does not count on Óscar Mingueza, Samuel Umtiti, and Riqui Puig. None of them will have minutes in the following season despite having valid contracts.

Another player that would join this list is Martin Braithwaite, who is also not in the plans of the Barcelona coach. However, the Danish player is still on vacation and is scheduled to return on July 11th.

Will they also miss the tour in the United States?

This measure could also mean that the aforementioned players will not travel to the tour in the United States that the team has scheduled for the next weeks. This is because the board prefers them to focus on finding new destinations.
