Ecuador and Japan drew without goals (0-0) this Tuesday for an international friendly match with a view to the 2022 Qatar World Cup, in a game that took place at the ESPRIT Arena in Dusseldorf (Germany). The northern team, who are in Group A of the World Cup along with the host, Senegal, and the Netherlands, had the chance to win in the final minutes, but Enner Valencia missed a penalty after a great save by the rival goalkeeper.
