Everything is ready for the restart of the Qatar 2022 qualifiers. Conmebol announced the referees who will officiate the matches for the next two rounds of the qualifying process. Although no Peruvian referee will arbitrate any match, this does not mean that they will not participate in the matches.
Victor Hugo Carrillo, an experienced national judge, will be in charge of the VAR in the match between Paraguay and Chile, at the Defensores del Chaco Stadium, for round 13. The referee of that match will be Argentine Patricio Loustau. On the other hand, Kevin Ortega will be the fourth referee in the Argentina vs. Brazil match for round 14.
Regarding the matches of the Peruvian team, Eber Aquino and Bruno Arleu have been designated to officiate the matches against Bolivia and Venezuela. One of the most attractive matches of the round is Uruguay vs. Argentina, which will be refereed by Venezuelan Alexis Herrera.

The Brazil vs. Colombia match is another match that will have the eyes of South America. Chilean Roberto Tobar will be the referee. The remaining match of round 13, Ecuador vs. Venezuela, will be refereed by Uruguayan Christian Ferreyra.
