Speed skating, under Azuayan and Pichincha's dominance in the I National Interclub Ranking.

The speed and agility in the movement on the track of the Miraflores complex were the common denominator during the three dates of the First National Interclub Skating Ranking, organized by the Ecuadorian Federation of this sport, presided over by Marisol Castro.

In the final count, the Gabriela Cavalieri club, from Azuay, with 674 points, finished first; while Halcones, from Pichincha, with 661, came second; in the third position, Team Élite finished with 563.

RDF Jempe finished fourth, completing 270 points; Correcaminos took the fifth spot with 166; and Universal Skating, with 117, finished sixth.

Results by tests

In elimination, by categories, the winners were Luciana Rafaela Carrillo, from RDF Jempe, and Juan José González, from Súper Patín, both from the miniinfantil category.

On the other hand, in the preinfantil series ladies B, victory belonged to Norkhasakae Stephanie Rodríguez, from the Loja Federation; and in group A, Ámbar Amelia León, from the Gabriela Cavalieri club, finished in first place; while in men's category, the victory went to Stéfano Martinálvarez, from Halcones.

In the same way, in infantil, Elisa Anna Sala, from Team Élite, triumphed in group B; Gabriela Montenegro, from RDF Jempe, in A; and José Narváez, from Halcones, in men's category.

In skills, miniinfantil category, the best were Kiara de Ávila, from Universal Skating, and Juan González.

In the preinfantil category, the top spot was occupied by Andrea Lancheros, from Ecuador Skating, in series B; Ámbar Amelia León, in A; and Jorge Esteban Arévalo, both from Gabriela Cavalieri.

Elisa Anna Sala, from Team Élite, along with María Paula Escandón, from Gabriela Cavalieri, and Juan Fernando González, became the best in series B, A and men's category, respectively. (D)
