It is a sequel that is appearing like a bacteria/virus in youth football in Ecuador, where pseudo-coaches group players, form teams in different categories, and make their students play between 4 and 6 games over the weekend. In addition to rigorous and empirical practices, this has resulted in, according to specialized sports doctors, a bodily deformation in athletes and a decline in physical and technical abilities.
We consulted with teachers/coaches who are considered true formers of figures, and they were emphatic in their response:
"(These coaches) make their players play so many games in countless championships and ask for money for the refereeing of each match; they pay 30% to the organizers and keep the rest in their pockets; they don't care at all about the energy depletion of their athletes; that's why physical exhaustion occurs; psychomotor development freezes; injuries appear and bury figures for Ecuadorian football. They are true traders/livers off youth football."
Conclusion: This is an alarm for parents... (Or)
