Alexandre Guimarães had everything in place to be the new coach of Deportes Tolima after Juan Cruz Real's departure. The team from Ibagué and the Brazilian had agreed on conditions, but in the end his arrival was not finalized and the club opted for David González.
Well, a few weeks after his failed move to the 'Vinotinto y Oro', the coach spoke on Caracol Radio and there he gave the reasons why his transfer to Tolima fell through. He also responded if Junior had interest in hiring him and revealed the club he will never coach in Colombian football.
