TITLES OF 'EL PUMA'

Diego Elías, a member of the Athlete Support Program (PAD) of the Peruvian Sports Institute (IPD), will play the final of the individual modality of the XXIV Squash Championship in Colombia, and will seek his fourth title of 2023.

The number 2 in the PSA world ranking reached the final after surpassing Jeremías Azaña (Argentina) with 3 sets of 11-7.

Our representative will seek to win the top prize in Squash this Saturday, June 10th, at 3:00 p.m. against the Colombian Juan Vargas.

Diego Elías, 26 years old, has already won the J.P. Morgan Tournament of Champions (January), Motor City Open, and Pittsburg Open (February) this year.

As is remembered, Elías is part of the Peruvian team that will try to qualify for the Santiago 2023 Pan American Games.
