The Brazilian Paulo Autuori was announced this Monday as the coach of Atlético Nacional, a club that he will manage for the second time after a brief cycle between 2018 and 2019 and in which he will replace Hernán Darío 'el Arriero' Herrera, dismissed last month.
"Atlético Nacional welcomes Professor Paulo Autuori, a Brazilian coach who has won continental championships, the Club World Cup, and titles in various countries with different teams", detailed the current champion of the Colombian league.
The strategist arrives at a team that, despite having dismissed its previous coach due to poor performance, is in sixth place with 24 points, four points behind the leader Millonarios, and is close to securing a spot in the semifinals quadrangular.
"Coach Autuori, who was the head coach of Verde between 2018 and 2019, will be presented on Thursday, October 13 in the morning to start his second cycle in the champion of Colombian football", added the information.
